Job Qualification Requirements:
* Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with 4 years of experience in accounting and shipping occupations.
* Diploma and transcript of education record required equally from U.S. workers and CW-1 workers.
* Familiar with CNMI/IRS tax preparation.
* Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Excel. Word. MAS90 Accounting software, and Kronos Timekeeper system
* Able to communicate dearly in the English language both orally and in writing.

* Must demonstrate an understanding of accounting controls with respect to Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivables, Purchasing, Bank Reconciliation, and Agency Accounting.
* Preparation of Financial Statements and reconciliation of accounts.
* Handles Accounts Receivables invoicing and collections of accounts, prepares weekly aging and collection reports and other accounting duties required by management.
* Prepare and submit periodical report, quarterly annual corporate financial statement to the board of directors of the corporation in reference to status of financial of business operations.
* Prepare financial budget analyst in obtaining a safe and reasonable costs of the entire business operations, to recommend and submit propose budget for the next calendar or fiscal year, submit financial income, expenditures such as monthly, quarterly, and annually results to the board of directors of the corporation.
* Prepare payroll computations of staffs and employees on bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly basis, conduct monthly auditing of daily cash collection reports.
